You set the policy

OneBelay doesn't tell you what credentials to accept. When a visiting climber looks up, you see the issuing gym, device type (ATC or assisted braking device), and test date. Accept it outright, do a quick spot check, or only recognize gyms you already trust — the choice is yours.

A climber walks in from another participating gym? Your front desk looks them up by email or QR code and sees their credential — issuing gym, device type, and status — instantly. No phone calls, no guessing. Your policy applies.

No new hardware or contracts

Your staff uses any phone or computer to look up credentials. No card readers, no integrations, no procurement process. Getting set up takes a conversation, not a contract.

Track who's active

Every check-in is recorded. Your gym dashboard shows recent activity, credentials expiring soon, and total active climbers — so you know exactly who's certified and current.
